The event commenced at approximately 11:10 am on the college campus near Hut Cafe, with tables arranged and banners displayed prior to the event. As soon as the event began, a large crowd gathered to inquire about its purpose. Our club members provided an explanation of the event, which included information on how the Scribe community works and how it benefits individuals who are specially abled. Registration sheets were provided to students who expressed interest in the event, and their personal details were recorded. These sheets were later updated to an Excel spreadsheet, resulting in a total registration of around 1000 active students in just 2 hours. The event successfully concluded at approximately 1:40 pm.
